Remove me from ITC FIrst national bank

I am so disappointed in fnb, they have blacklisted me after they charged me over 5% interest rates for over 5 years to come back and apologize and settling my account for a less amount. without removing my name. To this day I’m still struggling because they come up on my ITC profile as a red flag..

FNB you have ruined my life for close to 5 years I’m sick and tired of your service. Remove my name on ITC
