Remove FNB Temporary Loan *** on EXPERAIN BUREAU

I am so disappointed on FNB again. FNB doesn't care about their clients. I took a temporary loan with FNB in 2017, unfortunately I was put under Legal Attorneys due to not being able to pay my account on time. Last year end of August I fully paid the settlement account, and I then asked them to remove this account on both TransUnion and Experian platforms, however they didn't I had to keep on begging them. Then, last month after full 5 months after I made payment, it was then removed on TransUnion, however it is still not removed on Experian, it is showing on Experian bureau.

I have asked one of their workers, her name is Prudence Selokela via email several times to please help remove on Experian bureau, but now she is ignoring my emails, and it is difficult to find her over the phone. Please help as I cannot get credit because of this account. Please help me get the FNB TEMPORARY ACCOUNT ON EXPERIAN BUREAU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
