Remove debt review status

FNB is unable to close my cheque account and the reason being that i am under the so calle "debt review" , i called the debt review centre to advise that i was not under debt review, i was then told that it will be removed and that I should send a confirmation email for the account to be closed, which i did.

Sad part, it has not been removed, which now according to the staff makes it difficult for the account to be closed, I am not employed to be incurring cheque account costs unnecessarily.
