Reminder to FNB to respond "privately" as promised on 23 September 2025

I am writing again to remind you to respond "privately" my complaint as stated on hellopeter on September 23, 2025 regarding the DebiCheck authorization allegedly linked to CDS Consulting PTY Ltd. I find it troubling that I am being told I approved this, despite having requested requesting a proof of that. You are welcome to respond in my gmail.

I have done approvals on my FNB Banking APP many times before but not with CDS Consulting PTY Ltd. Are you forcing me that I have done it?

Even after CDS Consulting PTY Ltd agent sweet talked me, I still had my doubts.

You keep on saying I must speak to CDS Consulting PTY Ltd even though I already mentioned that they are not answering my calls and they never responded to my emails and they also ignored the email of disapproval sent by ABSA. If ABSA didn't want to do business with them, why would I want them?

For your information, I have been under Debt Consolidation before. I know the steps as in yesterday, ie: Court Order; signing acknowledgement forms; notifying Debtors of the new payment arrangements and changing bank accounts, etc.

If CDS Consulting PTY Ltd managed to create a Debit Order that FNB couldn't reverse, don't you think they are capable of manipulating FNB systems by creating what you are seeing as DebiCheck from me?

CDS Consulting PTY Ltd seems to be the mafia/villain because I wrote a complaint about them on Hello Peter and they deleted it.

Please stop playing games with me. You have a monster to deal with = CDS Consulting PTY Ltd is so powerful that they even delete Hello Peter Reviews about themselves. I request accountability, security for our monies and immediate clarification and investigation into this matter. I expect transparency and accountability from all parties involved.

If I don't get the reply this time around, I will have no choice but to write to all social media about this ordeal.
