FNB is impacting my credit bureau negatively, I don't know what to do or where to go to get my loan cancelled. The loan did not serve the purpose that it was intended for , I paid the settlement amount as requested and sent proof of payment to no success. You failed to distribute the funds according as per the agreement. My wesbank account is incurring unnecessary charges due to your ***********. Please cancel the loan granted and let me apply for an extension with wesbank directly.
