Relief fund desaster!!

I am really ashamed at First National bank's choice of the relief fund. I had no choice to apply for the Holiday relief fund because I was laid off due to the international ban. Their way of doing things states clearly to place their clients in more debt and the best of all nobody is picking up the phone on the other side. I am currently in more debt at FNB as before. I app**** for the holiday payment scheme at Absa and they extended my contract with 3 months as per the current 7% interest and that is understandable. They handled it very professionally and they send you a contract after your application was approved so you know exactly where you stand in terms of debt. I went to one of the FNB branches and they could not help me because they do not delt with such loans and that was unacceptable for a bank like FNB. I also had a salary cut of 10% and do not have a clue how the outcome will be with this new loan?
