release of policy cedeed fro security

Does it really take that long for my policy to be released after FNB has received all their money that they requested i pay them for the overdraft i was given? it has now been a full week, does it really take that long? when they accepted the policies it did not take them even 24hrs, why is releasing them taking so long<br> <br> This service is unacceptable. I need that security for something else why should i wait this long when they have all their dues paid to them....
