Release of paid up letters urgently
Online agents are useless and have no sense of urgency.i sent a request and given a turn around time of 4 days. I went back a week later for feed back.i was informed that the request was closed yet all the information was given and a reference number was issued. I need assistance urgently, I am now told to wait for almost a week

I have made several calls again this morning.i am still not assisted. I needed the document as in yesterday. Kindly assist. I think as customers we are not taken seriously by fnb. How does an institution as big as yours take more than a week to issue a letter.
