Release my PayPal funds FNB

I've been using FNB for 2 years to complete my PayPal transfers, and the majority of the time it's been plain sailing UNTIL last week Thursday. Thursday, 22 December at 10:00, I requested a transfer from FNB to Standard Bank which should take 2-3 working days. Today is Thursday, 29 December and my funds are still NOT reflected in my STD bank account. Yes, of course, we've public holidays in between, I understand that. I have been in contact with PayPal services at FNB and was told my funds should reflect sometime today... That's not good enough. Thursday, Friday, and Wednesday are 3 working days - my funds should be in my account by now. This is a poor - abysmal show and abuse of power by a giant in the industry that holds the PayPal monopoly. I WANT THE FUNDS THAT I WORKED HARD FOR !!
