Release my money FNB

I have accidentally paid money into my credit card account (I do not even have the credit card) which suddenly now says it is a petrocard which I did not apply for. I need my money to pay the deposits of my tenants and I cannot transfer the money to one of my linked accounts to pay the deposits because I need a card???????
