Release my money

I am deeply concerned about the treatment am getting from fnb about my money that has been hold since 3months now I have already sent the proof of payment and proof of transaction of that money still I don’t why my money is still been hold, but I was told last two weeks that the investigation has been done that my money will be transferred to me still yet no response from that
