Release my funds

My account was terminated after holding it since last year, without giving me time and my business is suffering it...The person in charge has refused to do her work and has ignored all the E-mails i have sent to her and which the branch has sent..she is holding all the funds in my accounts, she has refused to release all my funds...my business has suffered alot .what sort of bank cannot protect their client. Did i do wrong to open account with Fnb?
