Relationship Termination without reason ?????

I am at a loss for words. I have been banking with FNB for the better part of 20 years. My accounts have always been paid up for my personal account as well as my Business accounts. On the 24th of April 2020 I received a letter form FNB stating that they are notifying me that they are terminating their relationship with me. Not knowing why or what the reasons possibly can be i respond to the email and send the email to my personal banker as well as my business banker, they checked and can not see anything at fault with my profile.

Two weeks pass without anyone being able to get any form of feedback, I decide to mail the mail again to try and find out whats going on. I receive a mail back stating they don't require any reason to terminate my relationship and listing a whole lot of legal terminology as to why they don't need to give me a reason.

Visiting a branch we investigate and the same thing the branch manager and business banker get the same response. How am I to know what the reason for this if no one not even employees can tell em why.

So it is as simple as one person logging into their banking profile and clicking termination on their side because they felt like it and never needing to state the reason????

I ask that someone at FNB please respond and give me a call to say what the reason can possibly be to end a relationship after 20 years....
