Relationship terminated Unfairly

I've had my relationship terminated with FNB without proper communication, I've made endless contact with the said Banker Thulani, who referred me to the consultant from the ***** department who handled the matter(Thabang Moeng & Sthembiso Mhlambi) and to date my banking is still not restored. Don't know how such decisions are made without hearing the account holder's version. Not even one of the ***** department guys came back to me, and the same consultants have bad reviews online.
