Relations terminated, but credit balance still not sent & caused Stitch / Binance to freeze my funds held with them.

Issue #1:

There was a ***** case against my account in 2023 (FNB ref ***), I did submit my supporting documents, but FNB decided to terminate relationship with me (letter sent on 17 May 2023). My cheque account *** had some funds which I was asked to provide alternative banking details and proof of account. I submitted my Discovery bank account and proof of account, but to date, I have not received payment for my credit balance.

Issue #2:

FNB reported my payment to Stitch Money (Binance fiat partner) and Biance has frozen my funds as a result. Binance / Stitch is asking for formal communication from FNB before unlocking my funds. Stitch (***y) has tried to get feedback from FNB (***** department), but no response from FNB.
