Rejection to loyal lients

I have lodged a claim at FNB ***** department and my claim was rejected.

The story about this is, on Friday the 23rd/09/2016 at around 21h00, I was kidnapped by an armed ******** at the new location in Clayville Extension 45, me and my friend were driving on Republic Road from Ebony Park in Midrand and we decided to stop for a reason that I cannot mention,

An armed ******** came towards us with a gun in his hand ready to shoot, we were forced at gunpoint to drive into the bush and my friend got shot on his left leg,

I was forced to carry an injured man on my bag and walk deep into the bush until I was instructed to stop far away from where our vehicle is,

At the place, we found three more ********* waiting with three more kidnapped men and were forced to give out our valuables,

I gave out my wallet and my cellphone valuing R 12 000.00, I was forced at gunpoint to give them my bank cards pin numbers and to save my life, I gave them my correct Pin numbers,

The two ********* drove away with our van to withdraw money from my account and the other two remained in the bush guarding us and making sure we dont escape,

We were eventually released at around 02:00am and the ********* flew away,

I carried an injured man on my back and dropped him a short distance from the crime scene, went to the nearest residential location (Clayville Extension 45, Midrand) and seek help from Community,

The community helped me to carry the man out of the bush to the road where they called police and ambulance for the injured man,

On arrival at the Police Station at around 03:00am, the police allowed me to make a call and advise FNB about my experiences and my card was cancelled but it was late, the ******** withdrawn an amount of R3 000.00 from my credit card and R 2 500.00 from my debit card,

Looking at the situation, I claimed from FNB's ***** department and explained my story to them but I was told that the monies withdrawn from my accounts cannot be reversed as according to them, the monies were withrawn before I report the card was cancelled,

My argument is, how do they expect me to cancell my card while I was pointed with a gun on my head by a merciless ******** who shot my friend on the leg?

Does the bank care about my life that was in danger the time the ******* withdrawal was taking place?

If FNB decides not to refund my money that was *******ly withdrawn from my account based on the reason that I have not reported the lost card timeously as they claim, then, I need to know if they understand my situation, what will they do if they were in the same situation I was in because that will help me in future,

Its not like I was taking chances with the bank claiming money that I withdrawn from my bank and build a story, if only they know the trauma I experienced on Friday night, the 23rd/09/2016.

I have a good relationship with this bank and its the first time I got hurt by this bank,

Whoever came with the decision to kick out my claim, God is watching you...
