REJECTION MY CLAIM ON HEARSAY WITHOUT WRITTEN PROOF

MY POLICY NUMBER IS ********** . I LODGED A CLAIM FOR MY WASHING MACHINE THAT JUST STOPPED DRAINING WATER WHILST WASHING LAUNDRY. BEAR IN MIND THIS IS A MACHINE THAT WAS BOUGHT LAST YEAR ONE MONTH AGO. QUITE NEW. DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THE MATTER I PAID THE TECHNICIAN TO REPLACED THE SUPPOSED DRAINING PIPE AND LABOUR TO SORT THIS OUT ON INSTRUCTION OF MY BROKER FNB INSUARANCE BROKERS. MIND YOU THEY ARE AS EQUALLY USELESS. AIG LETITIA NEL,SHARLEN BOTHA,ELSABEE GROBLAAR AND THANDIWE MOYO HAVE PROMISED ME A REJECTION LETTER WHICH HAS NOT COME FORTH AND A VOICE RECORDING FROM THE TECHNICIAN. ITS 3 WORKING DAYS LATER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WILL BE CHALLENGING THE REJECTION ON HEAR SAY WEAR AND TEAR AND GRADUAL DETORIATION WITH THE OMBUDSMAN. I NEED THE REJECTION LETER ASAP. MY BROKER - FNB INSURANCE IS MORE USELESS AS I HAVE BEEN DOING FOLLOW UPS. AIG INSURANCE IS TREATING ME UNFAIRLY AS A CUSTOMER. REJECTING A CLAIM WITHOUT A HANDWRITTEN DAMAGE REPORT AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND OUT THEIR OWN ASSESSOR OR TECHNICIAN. THEY ARE SAVING THEIRS CLAIMS COST AT MY OWN EXPENSE. AIG POLICY WORDING CLEARLY STIPULATES THAT I HAVE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN COVER. WHERE IS THE WRITTEN DAMAGE REPORT? SEND ME THE REJECTION LETTER SO I CAN REFER THIS REJECTION STRAIGHT TO THE OMBUDSMAN. I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO FOLLOW THE COMPLAINTS CHANEL
