Regurlar debits orders without consent

My account has been debited without my consent with R129,99 by Naedo collection which is the same company that collects for FNB insurance. I must still find time to go and reverse at a branch but this is the second time an unauthorised debit is done on my account. On asking the FNB consultant how any company can just debit my account without proper paperwork which includes my verified signature or OTP she just said this is a common occurrence which she doesn't know how to block. I guess they are improving their company cash flow while ours is impacted.<br> <br> I also discovered that my FNB debit cards can be swiped without needing a PIN.
