Regrettable lifestyle choice

Perhaps you should relook at your slogan ... New customer to your pathetic bank ... The beginning of the process was smooth sailing so obviously I was taken aback and convinced myself this was the best decision I had made. Regrettable on a Friday evening while being out I am horrible embarrassed after my card is rejected account frozen. After I received a text to say that my account is active.. yet I cannot access my account. I would never have opened the account of it knew this **** was going to happen obviously.. Your negligence in activating my account and then texting me to say my account is active is a flipping disgrace. Perhaps after all the bull **** sales pitch ur consultant a should tell new customers what **** they letting themselves in for.. so obviously I will have to take time off my Saturday to go stand in a branch to fix **** that I had no take in - Thank u FNB - u really set the scene for the ****tiest bank and service for new customers but!!! Regretting changing banks big time!!!

I see that it's a common trend within the organization so start off .. all roses and sunshine.. making promises to customers and then not holding to those promises. I think it's a complete disgrace that I've had to followup on my own complaint. The lady who I emailed yesterday didn't even have the decency to acknowledge receipt of my email and then has the audacity to tell me she was in training she couldn't reply!? Seriouslly? What a load of bull! Please refer my complaint to someone capable of wanting to retain a new customer..
