Regrets to move to fnb Mobile

Fnb Mobile is useless in help customers I have called them twice regarding using my airtime instead of sms bundles or to remove the sms bundle completely but they guide me to opt in for sms but still it is not working and the second time again same steps but still it is using the bundles ... I regret moving there because now it’s difficult to even do my work
