Regrets taking home loan with fnb

I have been affected with this covid 19 and recently had my home loan approved with you. It was mandatory that i take credit life insurance but i have been trying for the past month to lodge a claim and all fnb do is put me into debt with a so called relief plan that i do not understand. I had options and chose fnb because i bank with you but nedbank is way better
