Regret being insured with FNB Brokers

Am insured with FNB brokers and I added a vehicle in 2020 and they didn’t updated the system.new policy was reissued as of 1May 2022. Am now in an accident and they say they have a technical problems off registering a claim. Robin never ever responds to me emails. Ketla said that the claim was registered. When I followed up nothing has been actioned.
