Registering online for CIPC and business account

Turning to HP, since I'm at my wits' end. 1. I have started a CIPC registration online and paid the R125. 2. Received an email from CIPCReg@fnb to submit copies of ID and proof of residence, which was submitted promptly (This was 16.07.2018) - Ref nm* 3. Received another email to submit copies of ID, but this time for another ref number. If I trace this reference number, it has all the originally populated fields (Although some info incorrect), but now payment is outstanding. 4. Good luck phoning the number provided: ********** - it does not wor****!! held on for 50 minutes, no response! 5. Good luck phoning second number provided: ********** . If you're lucky, someone may answer and either a) switch you back to the number in 4 above, b) drop the call. 6. went to FNB Branch. They cannot help at all!! They did however attempt phoning number in 4 above, with the same result.

PLEASE!!! can someone please help!!??
