Registered me on the credit bureau

1. In recent, I made an application for a HOME LOAN & was declined based on an account not paid.<br> 2. When enquiries were made, the FNB consultant could not provide further details & particulars of the claim except that \ account no 490107***500 was not paid\" & was written off in 2015 & therefore my application was rejected/not considered.<br> 3. I find myself to be \"prejudiced\" on this matter & wish to state my dealings with FNB from 1997.<br> a. Sometimes in the year 1997, there was a ***** that happened with someone from the bank & my card.<br> b. Legator McKenna INC acted on behalf of First National Bank - reference L4241 Mr Meyer.<br> c. I engaged an Attorney G Govender & associates to defend this matter as I was not guilty of this offence.<br> d. This matter was heard in court on 11 August 1998 & my application by my Attorney for FNB to withdraw any claims was granted Case no. 23897/1997.<br> e. On 21 May 1999, the Attorney - Legator Mckenna INC for First National Bank , withdrew action against me, provided each party pays its own attorney costs.<br> f. This was mutually accepted & FNB advised that no claims will be made against me.<br> This was supposed to be cleared in 1998 & not 2015-clear Blacklist"
