Regenic Debit order of R99 not mine.

On the 12 August there was a debit order of R99 that went off from my account ***. To a company called Regenric but the debit order bounced. I have no idea who the company is as I never heard of them. This is the second time I have been complaining about this same problems. I was told last month in July it was sorted. But now I am charged R10 for unpaid fees. Not acceptable.
