Refusing to update bureau after almost a year without knowing.

I am so done with FNB after being a loyal customer for years even persuaded my wife to move over to them. Worst mistake ever! After finally finding out what the problems was and how they actually treated me all this time, which I could never understand. Moving banks and all our account but done with FNB goodbye! Will not recommend anyone to bank with them ?
