REFUSING TO RETURN MY MONEY

So FNB connect migrates my account without informing me and debit my account again with informing me. Then they realize its their error and apologies all well, but now how do you inconvenience me and expect me to wait 7 - 21 days for me to get my money back? You went into my account immediately and debited my funds now i need you to do the same thing when i need to get my money back return it immediately 7-21 days you can do that if its your own money not mine. You are very much unprofessional and ********* in your ways of conducting business.
