refusing to repay deposit to past client
The account was closed at FNB during November 2016. FNB guaranteed an amount against which a deposit was pledged. The matter between FNB and ourselves were referred to the a complaint resolution and sent to the Managing Director - Celliers of FNB. To date the matter has not been resolved except to say it would be referred back to Erasmus (some resolution process). Jean Erasmus - ongoing risk manager - credit - greater sandton area ( what a title), fails and refuses to release the funds under pledge because he says FNB has not been release from their obligations. This is not true as he has been sent letters of release.
I have banked with FNB for over 40 years (also having been employed there) and always received great and very fair treatment until I came across Jean Erasmus. I have never have I come across such an obstructive and unreasonable individual as Jean Erasmus

Why do banks employ such people.
