Refusing to pay out my father's late estate account

Delays in the father's late estate account. I have been dealing with issues for the past 4 months. They keep on changing stories with regards to the payment of father last salary. My dad passed on 02 August. I have submitted all the documents required. They are keep on telling about delays. Worst bank ever.
