Refusing To Open Blocked Account

I am very much disgusted at the way FNB is treating me..I paid someone back that I attend the same church with while we still had a stokvel..last week FNB called and I asked me if I had refunded these two people and I said yes I gave them cash and they asked for proof of payments ,now how was i going to pay them with my bank account when they have frozen my account, which resulted me in paying them in cash..FNB why are you so quick in listening to one side of the story and not listening to both sides. This ************** will result in you guys losing alot of customers. I need the money in the account, my kids need it. I am unemployed.
