Refusing to lift debt review

Disgusting FNB!

I settled an account that was handed over to legavl via debt review. We agreed on a compromised settlement but after a month FNB is refusing to lift debt review becasue :

Kindly be advised that we are unable to accept clearance certificate as there’s an outstanding balance for the account 4-000-***-***-712 .

Balance as from today of R 10,911.09.
