Refusing to investigate ******** transaction

When browsing my statement, I picked up an unwarranted transaction on my credit card. I logged a call to have it investigated (16 Jan). two weeks later I get feedback that I must take it up directly with the company that I purchased from. I have no clue what the transaction was about, then they ask for paperwork on the transaction. What the hell, it's on a statement generated by YOU, how must I now? I then insist on a new credit card, but FNB must burden the costs thereof, again radio silence. It's now been a month. What guarantee do I have that FNB is keeping my money safe?? I want a new card NOW or I'm booting you for a better bank.

So my query has been allocated, then reallocated, then re-reallocated and still no resolution...it has been almost 2 months! Looking at all the other complaints about FNB, it is clear that FNB is fast deteriorating, your customers are now going to Capitec. Do I matter to you at all? Will this issue be resolved AT ALL?

WHEN WILL I GET MY NEW CARD SO THAT MY MONEY CAN BE SAFE AGAIN SEEING THAT YOU REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE AN ******* TRANSACTION?
