Refusing to have my home on fixed rate

Refusing to have my home loan on fixed rate claiming there’s a notice to sell.When I asked who placed the notice suddenly they need to investigate.Interest rate is high.There’s not even a single payment that bounced so what’s difficult to fixed and who placed a notice to sell my house and why?
