Refusing to ammend adverse listing on ITC after paid up

FNB has appointed / mandated Groenewald Lubbe Inc in my opinion one of the worst companies to recover outstanding amount which were as a result of period I were unemployed. Agreed amount and paid timeously. Were threaten even if payments were on time with court orders, summons had to lock several complains to rectify, considering they are acting on FNB’s behalf. On 9/11/2017 have one of their consultants offered a settlement discount which I accepted and paid on the 30th of November 2017. Received a letter from GLA account paid up. In January noted my ITC's not updated log a dispute with all Credit Bureau’s and were later informed according to FNB is the account not settled. FNB did not even followed up with GLA to try and resolve. National credit act amended requires credit providers to rectify adverse entries on credit Bureau’s. Today will be the 60th and nothing done. How can we help you? Do your work! I have logged several complains, I expect GLA not to react fami**** with it but not FNB. I will cause everyone to ensure they verify agreements and their rights within the banking industry and debt collectors. I have also referred this to the ombudsman. All SMS's available, I extracted statements from GLA which will indicated timeous payments and settlement letter.
