Refusing to activate a Business Account and now refusing to close the account

To open the accounts was promptly, but still awaiting for the accounts to be activated. It's been 2 months waiting, as a result I have decided to close these accounts. Now I'm being charged for these accounts, yet I can't use them. I get email upon email requesting documents, I send the documents, yet i am told when i speak to someone new to RESEND. I'm not totally sure you understand what busy means, i do not have time to send and resend documents because your people are to lazy to check the systems. Also please explain to me how i am suppose to give you PROOF OF ADDRESS, for a online shop, that has no expenses listed to the business name, now you tell me send a statement, i send you a statement.... no its not right. I do an Affidavit.... no its not right. Please explain the following to me, HOW DO I GIVE YOU PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR A ONLINE BUSINESS. I sent all the registration documents.... yet CIPC can register a business but you cannot confirm address from that. I've called you several times to close these accounts and I'm told it cannot be closed until I send the proof of address. And these proof of address documents are the reasons why my accounts are not activated. Now, I'm sitting with 2 business accounts that are open but not activated. Putting me more into financial problems even before starting my business. I do not know whether this is a sabotage to discourage us in starting businesses. I've been having a great time with FNB with regards to my personal account, however I feel I should cut ties with FNB in order to get myself out of this.
