Refuses to give me my card back because of technical issues.

So I went to fnb atm during working hour and the atm went off and my card didn't came out,so I went into the fnb branch to get my card.Than they tolf me they canceled the card within a couple of seconds and I need to open a new bank account.These employees at FNB don't have a clue what they're doing.Can you please call them and tell them they are losing clients because of their incompetence.They don't want to work they are rude unqualified people.
