Refused to help, fnb staff( Sizwe Nkosi) he needs training and an attitude adjustment

I am reporting Sizwe Nkosi, he had a very bad attitude with me and refused to give me his manager number. He also cut my call. I am totally disappointed with fnb as I found out only today that fnb ewallet system has a limit and they refusing to help me get my money out. This is pathetic. Fnb is the worst bank to deal with. Send your arrogant staff for training or start again with new people. Also find a way to help me with increasing my limit on ewallet.
