REFUSED TO CASH A CHEQUE

I Vaugh Davids went into FNB Branch with my ID this morning and was refused point blank by the teller to cash a cheque made out to me. Her reason being was that the issuing breanch was from another branch. She had merely ONLY took a look at the cheque, not even looking at the computer for verification. I asked to phone the cheque holder for verification, she refused. I asked to see the manager and she mentioned to me the manager will not be able to help. I was not allowed to speak to the manager, the reason being is that the manager will laugh her off with the query.
