Refused to bank
The branch should be closed for business banking, how can I bank R70000.00 cash and R15000.00 of coins in ATM? the so called manager or customer service whoever they call him, told me that I can't Bank inside. Am always doing my business banking there I don't understand what the hell he thinks he is. I ended up taking my business money to my Nedbank personal account. I think I should move my business from FNB to Nedbank.
