refuse to understand my situation

I bank with FNB - 6years or more<br> I work for company A for more than 7years<br> my salary goes into my FNB account for all these years<br> i still work for company A- it is 20years old<br> <br> on the side I opened a subsidiary company B that is not yet generating income - not part of the company I work for and started last year September.<br> I app**** for a home loan, but it kept jumping between departments for 3weeks.<br> no one could assist me and now they come back to me to tell me based on the company I opened future gains not guaranteed<br> <br> I can't understand why the loan department can't look through my FNB account to see that I get paid every month from the company I work for (company A) not the company I opened. I know the company I opened is not generating income but my main source of income is from my current employer that I have been with for 7years.<br>
