refuse to pay my refund

I am currently under debt review. I had 3 accounts with FNB that were under debt review. I paid these accounts off before the end 2014 around August or September. In November of 2014 my debt review company mistakenly paid these accounts again. Since November the debt review company and I have been trying to get the money back but FNB gives us the run around. First they say they paid back the money to Hyphen then they say I should give them my banking details they will pay it back there. What is the truth FNB? Have you paid the money or not?
