Refuse to open an account

I have been banking with Fnb for a few years now. My fianc? also banks with them and he has his own business. I went there to open an account. We rent from owners and in February they moved overseas. So I took with my my id our lease agreement water and lights account as well as the addendum of out lease agreement. They refused to open the account because the addendum signature of the landlord was to light. Then asked me if I can give them another copy. I told her unfortunately not they're overseas. So then asked me if I could send a satement of my other accounts to them but on them its only my postal address is on it. Also with my FNB ACCOUNT my postal is on my satement. So they could not help me. Really? I have been banking there I asked if they check my address on my account. They refused. But I told her cant you make a darker copy of the letter so that you can see it when you scan it or either choose a different option for scanning so that the quality would be better? She did not even answer me! O and another thing FNB HARTBEE****RT ATMS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY. HAVE LOGGEND NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT. THIS BRANCH SHOULD JUST GO UP IN ****ING FLAMES!!!
