refuse to help their customers

Good day, i have currently got 2 personal loans and an overdraft with FNB, now November last year i moved to a new job, the sales at the new position was not going as promised so in february 2017 i attempted to contact fnb for help in some relief or just to pause my loans repayments for about 6 months, just so that i can get back on my feet and then continue reaying the loans, their reply was,"no we cannot do that you HAVE to continue paying". because of that i have fallen behind on my overdraft repayments and agin tried to get fnb to help with just a litte relief and gain the answer was no. and now they decided to hand over my account, this is for me unacceptable as i made numerous attempts to prevent this from happening and they just said sorry you must suffer and pay. i will NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER reccomend fnb to anyone, in fact i will go out of my way to make shure people find out that their slogan is a BIG FAT LIE!!!!! it might say FNB how can we help you, but it should say FNB how can we ***** you over
