refuse to help their clients

I was contacted to upgrade from gold to premium and I agreed then, from there everything went south.

After the upgrade there was R13000 available still on my gold credit card. I went into the branch and was informed that it was a limit increase due to the upgrade and that it will show on my premium account shortly and not my gold.

After two days I went in again because the money still reflected in the gold and not the premium and once again was told the system is slow it will happen.

since I was currently playing my wedding and honeymoon the extra R13 000 came handy and so used about R4 500 of it then I was phoned to say that I was over due on my credit by about R 4 500 even though my sms's cell phone banking and internet banking showed that there was still thousands available.

after my honeymoon I went into the branch not to say I won’t pay the but just to arrange that I would pay the outstanding R4 500 on the 1st of November as I did not have that cash at that point I spoke to FNB credit and agreed that the debit order of R4 500 will run on the 1st of November and it did.
then on Friday the 4th of November they took another R5 914 and when I phoned they never really knew why this happened but they will pay it back and then make a payment of R1 314 for what I am still not sure, I told them I cannot pay that because I still needed to pay rent and they told the money would be available immediately to transfer it back to my cheque card and pay my rent.

Sure enough I payed the R1 350 into my credit card and that money is now gone!!!!

When I phone the so called premium suite I get told they will phone me back shortly. I am still waiting for that call.

It is clear that First National Bank’s staff have no idea what they are doing.

And would not recommend any one to ever become a FNB client.

So after my previous review of my credit card. FNB phoned me. admiting they made the mistake, but refuse to refund me as I used money they said was mine.

how can a company admit fault on two occasions but still refuse to to give me my money back and tell me thats just the way it works.

FNB has now proven to me they are just in it to take peoples money
