Refuse to deposit cash
I was shown away from FNB Woodlands after I wanted to bank coins at the branch. They Told me they have received to much coins for the day and can not accept my deposit. This is my branch and they refuse to take my money. I was told I can go to Menlyn and bank there. I have never been to FNB menlyn and don't know were to go. Now FNB expects me to go walk around in menlyn in search of a FNB Branch. Terrible service. The worst is what would have happened if someone have shot me dead outside of the mall for a big bag off cash? What?
