Refuse to degrade my current account

Very frustrating to deal with FNB disputes. Each time I log a disputed it never gets attended on as per the consultant promises. They said it takes less than days to degrade an account and now they went quite to keep their high charges on my current account. I reversed lot of invalid charges and now they refuse to degrade my account. I smell *****
