Refuse to close credit card despite zero balance. Private client means nothing

Tried closing my credit card. was told 2 to 3 days. After a week, was told I owe R374... Paid this immediately into the cc. Another 5 days later was told there is a pending transaction of R14 so they can not close it. This on an account with R140000 credit limit. Conveniently now the new months bank charges went off as well and FNB is still full of excuses. Takes 2 minutes to get a credit facility with FNB. getting rid of it they are full of stories. Rather just go with another bank. FNB will milk you for every cent they can!

Being a private client means nothing...
