refusal to reverse debit orders

i requsted the funeral paln to be closed and my debit orders reurned was informed that if its fnb debit i have to go to the branch for it to be reversed and did go to the branch got a gentlemen by the name of evidence who told me i t can not be done and called funeral plan again after coming from the branch and go the rudest person ive ever spoken to who is makgotso mathebe who told that it wont be done and went back to the branch to have my other debit orders that are 40 days as thy said they can only be done by the branch again no help this time again now im fed up
