Refusal to reverse debit order and rude consultant

FNB playing us their clients as fools. Keep being shanted from pillar to post trying to reverse a debit order. Finally on secure app i get a rude consultant Neo who tells me its not FNB's problem that i have this problem. I requested that i get assistance in closing my FNB accounts instead then if they can't take responsibility and account to me as their client and reply me in the manner they did. Im waiting for the call to close all accounts from them but knowing FNB by the time they call me ill be owing them an arm and a leg. So tired of this bank!!
