Refusal to play ***** claim with no proper reason and communication with client

Good day

This is Nokwethaba Mthembu ***, I am writing this email on behalf of a collegue who doesnt not know english and therefore finds it difficult to use platforms such as these and can not converse in english. Mr Thokozani Bhekizitha Ndlovu a school security guard *** did not receive an sms notification of his salary on 15 March. In the evening he went to attempt to withdraw some money but didnt but instead got a slip that says insufficient funds. On 16 March he went to the fnb branch Stanger (kzn). He was told that he had no money his whole salary was withdrawn and a ***** case was opened. His card was cloned and used to take his money. A new card was made for him. He was told that his case would be resolved in two weeks. He went back to check and was later asked proof that no smses were recieved on his phone of which he went to Mtn and got the proof and sent it to the bank. The bank has rejected his ***** claim saying that he have an OPT for the transactions which can not be because he does not have cellphone banking. No care was taken even by the banks ***** department for so many transactions on one account in 1 day leaving his account empty just on his pay day. Fnb is taking advantage of black people and in particular illiterate people because they do not know their rights as consumers. They refused to give proof of the opt given by Mr Ndlovu. This case is an obvious ***** case yet they refuse to pay Mr Ndlovus money because he is an illiterate black. A lady Seipati call reference RT *** couldnt give any answers. It is appualing the service that blacks are getting from this bank. Case ref ***

Contact details for Mr Ndlovu - *** Contact details for Miss Mthembu - *** Email *** I work with his at Zephania Secondary School. Sent from my Galaxy
